Growing up as a former athlete, Derek built a mindset rooted in hard work, determination, and teamwork, values that shape his leadership. Inspired by his family’s support and Kobe Bryant’s work ethic, Derek is driven to help others achieve greatness. He is passionate about creating opportunities for people to grow through the products the company offers and the mentorship he provides. Every decision is made to create a positive impact. Derek is proud to lead a company built on growth, innovation, and community.

Andrew is a driven and enthusiastic professional with a passion for growth, sales, and personal development. He values hard work, creativity, and strong connections, bringing fresh energy and curiosity to every opportunity. Christina is originally from Chicago, relocated to Michigan six years ago and has since established herself as a dedicated professional with a strong background in finance and small business management. Casey
Casey was born and raised in Northern California and moved to Grand Rapids in 2025. A passionate sports enthusiast, Casey enjoys both playing and watching sports and competed as a collegiate golfer, building discipline and teamwork skills. Coming from a large, close-knit family, Casey values meaningful connections and brings a light-hearted, easygoing energy to every environment. With strong dedication and focus, Casey consistently achieves impactful results.
